Run SC Fishing administrator commands and resolve common installation, inventory, weather, and reward issues.

The server console always has access.
Framework groups are checked through the built-in bridge. Standalone uses ACE permissions.
Security model
The server validates every fishing session.
It checks zone, position, rod, bait, durability, levels, boat requirement, timing, price, weight, and EXP.
Casts are limited to one every 1.5 seconds per player.
Rejected actions can use the anticheat log category. anticheatThrottle prevents repeated log spam.
Common issues
Zones do not work
Install and start PolyZone or ox_lib. Confirm the required manifest imports are present.
When using PolyZone, import client.lua, BoxZone.lua, and CircleZone.lua.
Shop items or images are missing
Check the startup console output for missing inventory entries.
Copy images into the configured inventory image directory. Names must match item names exactly.
Weather conditions never apply
Start a supported weather sync resource. A FiveM server cannot determine weather alone.
Steam avatars show initials
The profile may be private. Configure Config.SteamAvatars.apiKey for reliable lookups.
Ranking rewards are pending
The player's inventory may be full. The reward remains pending and retries on join and every five minutes.
Fish sell below the configured price
The configured price is for an average-weight specimen.
Remove the fish weight range to use a flat sale price.
More checks
A player cannot fish offshore
Check that the zone has requiresBoat enabled only when intended.
The player must be inside a valid boat at catch time.
A rod does not work from the inventory
For ox_inventory, confirm the rod uses the sc_fishing.fishingrod client export.
For other inventories, trigger the built-in sc_fishing:useItem client event.
A task reset unexpectedly
Do not rename a task id after players have started it.
Progress is stored against that exact identifier.
Conditions report no weather provider
Start a supported weather resource or set a custom conditions provider.
Set the provider to none when your server does not use weather conditions.
